I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Frame Your Love with an Old-West Twist

Capture the wild spirit of your relationship with our Wanted Together Couple Poster. This unique piece offers a playful homage to Old-West charm, perfect for couples who see themselves as a dynamic duo.

With rustic browns and sepia tones dominating, this canvas evokes a time when love was as bold as a cowboy's promise. Ideal for anniversaries and special celebrations with a pinch of playful outlaw romance!

TL;DR: Our Wanted Together Couple Poster transforms your photos into a playful, old-western-style canvas. Ideal for adventurous couples celebrating milestones like anniversaries or Valentine's Day.

Who gets star billing in this Old-West love story?

This piece is perfect for adventurous couples who love a bit of playful role-play or have a soft spot for Western films. If your partner is more into clean, modern aesthetics, this may not hit the mark.

How your love transforms into a timeless wanted poster

Your photo undergoes a meticulous process: AI gives a rough draft, followed by our artists refining every detail to pull off that authentic old-west charm. We discard one out of every 12 attempts to ensure the quality matches your exceptional relationship.

Why settle for generic when you can be the stars of your own old-west tale?

Unlike stock canvases that leave your personalization to imagination, our design is genuinely customized with your likeness, making each poster irreplaceably yours. We retire each theme after six months, so yours remains a collector's piece.
