I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Channel Norse Legends on Your Wall

Step into the mythic world of the Norse gods with a personalized touch. Our Viking Custom Portrait lets you and your partner embody the heroic spirit of Vikings, donned in fur-trimmed attire and set against the backdrop of rugged shores. It's more than a picture; it's a saga captured on canvas, tailor-made for fans of legendary lore.

Packed with elaborate braids and majestic longships, each frame transports you to a snow-dusted realm where your story reigns supreme. If your love thrives on history and fantasy, this is your canvas. Crafted to be as unique as the legends you admire, your portrait keeps you at the heart of your own epic.

TL;DR: The Viking Custom Portrait is perfect for couples who love history and fantasy. Set in an epic Norse world, this canvas captures both your imaginations and hearts for anniversaries or any special occasion.

Who Among Us Thrives in Viking Glory?

Our Viking Custom Portrait sings to the souls of couples who thrive in fantasy realms, especially those who cherish Norse mythology. Whether you're celebrating a decade together or concocting a unique wedding gift, this one's ideal for partners who find excitement in epic tales. But skip this if gentle pastels are your aesthetic choice; this canvas is for those who march to the beat of thunderous drums.

How is a Viking Epic Crafted on Canvas?

We start with your uploaded photo, which our AI uses for an accurate face-swap onto Viking warrior molds. From here, our artists refine each detail by hand to maintain authenticity before reproducing it on high-grade museum canvas. Not every attempt makes the cut; we reject about 1 in 12 versions to ensure the face perfectly merges with Viking elements.

What Sets This Viking Portrait Apart?

This isn't a mass-produced canvas print; each portrait is fully personalized and exclusive. Unlike stock items, your faces become central to the Viking narrative, with a theme retired after six months to keep your portrait rare. You're not just buying art; you're commissioning a personal piece of history.
