You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Envelop Your Love in Candlelit Mystery

Imagine your favorite photo transformed into a gothic masterpiece, where flickering candlelight sets the scene in an eerie, atmospheric hall. This isn't just any portrait; it's an embrace of the macabre, perfect for Halloween enthusiasts who appreciate the theatrics of shadow and light.

Our head of production, Maya, swears by the deep, moody palette that pulls you into this gothic world, with each brushstroke meticulously adding to the haunting allure. It's a blend of sophistication and suspense, ideal for those with a penchant for all things dark and dramatic.

TL;DR: Transform your cherished photo into a hauntingly elegant Gothic Couple portrait, perfect for Halloween lovers or those celebrating unconventional romances. Ideal for eerie anniversaries or Halloween birthdays.

Are Gothic Portraits the Right Fit for Your Love Story?

This portrait is perfect for couples who relish the gothic aesthetic—think Halloween enthusiasts and those who celebrate the mysterious in their everyday lives. Ideal for friends who adore Edgar Allan Poe or lovers of vintage horror movies. If bright and cheerful decor is what you're after, though, this darkly romantic theme may not suit your taste.

What's the Secret to Crafting This Gothic Masterpiece?

Your journey begins with a simple photo upload. Our advanced AI kicks in to create a basic rendition, blending your features into the gothic world. Here’s where the magic happens: our artists take over, refining every shadow and highlight, ensuring no detail is lost. Interestingly, about 1 in 12 are re-worked to meet our standards, showing our commitment to perfection before it reaches your doorstep on museum-quality canvas.

Why Choose Our Gothic Theme Over Traditional Prints?

Unlike standard canvas prints, this isn't a mass-produced piece. Each portrait is uniquely yours—right down to the expression we've captured. We retire each theme after six months, so what you hold is a one-of-a-kind art piece that won’t be replicated for someone else.

Can I change the theme after ordering?Once production begins, theme changes aren't possible. Please ensure your chosen theme perfectly captures your vision before placing the order.
Is the portrait theme retired soon?Yes, we retire themes every six months to ensure they remain exclusive. Once retired, a theme is never brought back at large scale.
