I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Channel Your Inner Phantom Couple

Dive into a world where shadows whisper and candlelight dances on the walls. The Pale Phantom Gothic Couple Portrait encapsulates the timeless allure of gothic romance, turning your cherished photo into an ethereal masterpiece. The scene: a dusky, intimate chamber where every flicker tells a part of your love story.

This isn't just a canvas—it’s an invitation to relive a bygone era filled with mystery and romance. Bask in the pale glow that highlights not just the contours of your faces but also the unique essence of your shared journey.

TL;DR: Capture your relationship in a gothic ambiance with the Pale Phantom Portrait. Ideal for couples with a penchant for mystery and romance, perfect for unique gifts like anniversaries or Valentine's Day.

Is the Gothic Setting Right for Us?

This portrait is perfect for couples who thrive on mystery and find beauty in shadowed corners. If you're celebrating an anniversary or want a unique Valentine's Day gift that tugs at the heartstrings, this is for you. Not recommended for those preferring bright, cheerful scenes.

What Is the Gothic Creation Process?

Our process begins with your photo, digitally placed in our carefully crafted gothic setting. Our AI handles the initial transformation, which is then refined by our skilled artists to capture your unique essence. Interestingly, we discard about 1 in 12 drafts for not fully capturing the gothic nuance, ensuring each piece meets our quality standards.

How Does This Stand Out from Typical Halloween Art?

Unlike run-of-the-mill Halloween art, this is a bespoke creation—a true one-of-one canvas. Your faces, your story, no repetition. Once a style retires, it’s gone for good, ensuring the rarity of your artwork.
