I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Command the Seas with Your Portrait

Step into the shoes of a seasoned seafarer with our Nautical Captain Custom Portrait. Set against the awe-inspiring backdrop of the Northern Lights, this portrait captures the essence of maritime adventure and timeless charm. Your chosen photo becomes a canvas masterpiece that brings the high seas to life.

Perfect for the maritime enthusiast in your life, this portrait features a commanding figure in a captain's peacoat, complete with anchor buttons and a classic captain's hat. The snowy ship deck adds an extra touch of authenticity, while the traditional pipe serves as a nod to vintage nautical style.

TL;DR: Transform a favorite photo into a captivating Nautical Captain Portrait, ideal for maritime enthusiasts on special occasions like retirement or birthdays.

Who Harmonizes with the Nautical Look?

This portrait is a perfect match for sea-loving dads reliving their sailor dreams, or anyone captivated by the romance of the ocean and exploration. It's especially great as a retirement gift for someone who’s navigated life’s waters. If you're strictly landbound with no love for nautical vibes, this might not be the right theme.

How is the Nautical Captain Portrait Created?

It starts with your photo, followed by AI magic that maps your face onto a classic nautical uniform. Our artists refine each detail, ensuring the snow-dappled deck and Northern Lights come alive. Of all images generated, about 1 in 12 doesn't make the cut due to facial mismatches, ensuring only the best reach final production.

Why Choose This Nautical Portrait Over Others?

Unlike generic seafaring prints, this custom piece ensures your face is front and center in a world of maritime splendor. We're committed to keeping our themes exclusive, retiring each after six months to maintain their uniqueness on the high seas.
