I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Immerse in Haunted Elegance

Picture stepping into a realm where shadows whisper secrets, and every corner holds a haunting story. Our Haunted Mansion Custom Portrait breathes life — or perhaps afterlife — into your favorite photo, casting your image amidst spectral silhouettes and ghostly architecture. A uniquely Gothic palette of misty greys and deep purples sets the tone for this spine-chilling masterpiece.

Ideal for those who revel in the macabre, this portrait isn’t just about decoration; it’s an experience. The haunted mansion theme, with its antique chandeliers and cobwebbed halls, flatters those who cherish the eerie beauty of a forgotten era.

TL;DR: Gift a custom Haunted Mansion portrait to your favorite thrill-seeker or Gothic enthusiast, perfect for Halloween or an eerie birthday surprise.

Is This Haunted Masterpiece Your Ideal Match?

This portrait is a spot-on gift for those who relish a little fright — think Gothic literature fans or someone with a penchant for horror movies. Perfect for Halloween-loving couples or individuals who celebrate the darker aesthetics in life. Who it's not for? Anyone uncomfortable with a little eerie elegance, this may be a tad too haunting.

Crafting the Haunted Experience

We start with a photo upload, which AI technology expertly maps onto a haunted backdrop, integrating your likeness with hauntingly perfect precision. Our artists finalize by adding shadowy nuances and intricate details. Fun fact: Roughly 1 in 12 of these initial generations get a rework because the face doesn't quite ‘haunt’ right.

Why This Haunted Canvas Stands Out

Beyond stock spooky prints, our portraits are truly singular. Each face-swapped masterpiece finds just the right haunted cadence with personal detail. And, to keep your portrait exclusive and enchanting, we retire the design after six months.
