I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Transform Her Photo into a Whimsy Garden Scene

Imagine her surrounded by a vibrant garden, with delicate blossoms and fluttering butterflies that seem to leap off the canvas. Our watercolor portraits bring a dreamy garden to life, highlighting her essence with every brushstroke.

Perfect for women who feel at home in nature, this art piece adds a touch of whimsy to any space, capturing a moment that tells her unique story.

TL;DR: This custom watercolor portrait is ideal for women who cherish nature and artistic expression. Painted as a whimsical garden scene, it makes a thoughtful gift for birthdays, anniversaries, or simply celebrating her individuality.

What types of women adore this botanical portrait?

This portrait suits women who find peace and inspiration in nature, capturing their soul in an intimate yet artistically vibrant way. It's especially cherished by those who appreciate unique, handcrafted art. If she's not a fan of floral or delicate motifs, this might not be her ideal gift.

How does the magic unfold in our watercolor process?

Our process begins with your photo, transformed into a watercolor masterpiece by combining AI face-swapping and expert artist refinement, ensuring her features are perfectly captured. Fun fact: about 1 in 12 initial designs don’t make the cut. Our head of production, Maya, is picky about quality. Finally, it’s printed on a museum-quality canvas for a lasting impression.

Why choose our ethereal garden portrait over other options?

Unlike generic canvas prints, our portraits are one-of-a-kind artworks crafted with precision. Each whimsical garden scene is tailored to capture her spirit, offering an exclusive piece you won't find elsewhere. We retire each theme after six months to maintain its rarity.
