I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture Her Essence: Victorian Elegance

Step into the world of Victorian grace with our serene portrait option, where soft lighting and exquisite lace meet on canvas. This isn't just a picture; it's a step back in time, capturing the subtle elegance and poise that defined an era.

The Victorian Woman Portrait, characterized by its delicate necklace details and refined blouse styling, is perfect for the admirer of vintage aesthetics. Envision hanging this in a room that celebrates timeless beauty and classic refinement.

TL;DR: Our Victorian Woman Portrait transforms cherished memories into a serene, gallery-worthy canvas, perfect for those who appreciate vintage elegance. An impeccable gift for anniversaries or milestone birthdays.

Is This Portrait for the Victorian Aficionado in Your Life?

This is ideal for women who love the sophisticated charm of the Victorian era, perhaps your aunt who adores period dramas, or your sister who collects vintage clothing. However, this might not be the best choice for someone seeking bold, modern art.

What Does a Victorian Portrait Creation Process Entail?

We start by turning your photo into a digital Victorian era face-swap using AI, followed by meticulous hand refinement by our artists. Our head of production, Maya, ensures every detail is perfect, rejecting about 1 in 12 images to maintain our high standards. The final piece is printed on premium museum canvas for an authentic finish.

Why Choose This Over a Generic Canvas Print?

Unlike typical mass-produced prints, our Victorian portrait is crafted uniquely for you. We retire each theme after six months to keep your piece exclusive, ensuring it's a signature item in your home or office.
