It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

How we craft your superhero persona onto canvas

We start with your uploaded photo and generate a draft using AI technology. Our team handpicks about 11 of every 12 images for review to ensure the likeness works. Then, our skilled artists refine the details, adding dynamic action elements. Each piece is printed on museum-quality canvas, ready to stun at any angle.

Why this superhero canvas is beyond ordinary

Unlike generic superhero art, our canvas is truly one-of-a-kind. It's crafted specifically for your photo, layering in dramatic scenery elements like monster trucks and fiery backdrops — offering a personalized adrenaline rush that's worlds apart from off-the-shelf pieces.
