I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

The purples and golds capture a sophisticated, yet adventurous spirit that will captivate any room you enter.

This unique portrait highlights both beauty and individuality. Whether you're a sci-fi aficionado or someone who revels in bold self-expression, this artwork is crafted to make you stand out—it's pure steampunk sophistication, lovingly rendered onto premium canvas.

TL;DR: A regal steampunk portrait capturing intricate elegance and bold expression. Intended for women who appreciate the sci-fi and fantasy genres. Available in an exclusive style on premium museum canvas.

Who Feels Right in Steampunk Elegance?

This portrait is ideal for women who adore the intricate world of steampunk, from the victorian flair to the innovative machinery. If you have a friend who's forever lost in the realms of fantasy and sci-fi, she'll cherish this unique creation. However, if you're not drawn to historical fantasy or bold, imaginative settings, this might not be your perfect fit.

How We Spin Your Photo into Steampunk Art

Your steampunk portrait begins with your personal photo, carefully transformed by our AI into a captivating steampunk scene. Next, our artists step in to enhance and refine the details, ensuring every click and gear looks authentic. Our head of production, Maya, oversees each piece, making sure it meets our high standards or it's back to the drawing board—about 1 in 12 doesn't make the cut.

Why Our Steampunk Creations Feel Unique

Unlike typical stock prints, ours are crafted specifically from your face, enveloping you in a new world. We retire each theme every six months, keeping your portrait unique and exclusive—it's not just art; it's a limited edition.
