I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Step into Your Sci-Fi Story on Canvas

Transport yourself to a futuristic cityscape with our custom sci-fi canvas, where technology meets whimsy. This portrait pivots on imaginative urban backdrops, filled with neon lights and flying cars, creating an art piece that's uniquely you.

Designed for those who thrive on innovation and fantasy, this creation is perfect for bedrooms or offices craving a touch of the extraordinary. The vibrant hues and fantastical elements ensure your place at the intersection of art and the future.

TL;DR: Get a custom sci-fi portrait for fans of futuristic worlds. Ideal for gamers, tech enthusiasts, and dreamers who appreciate imaginative art.

Which Sci-Fi Lovers Will Adore This Gift?

This portrait is for anyone with a deep appreciation for the sci-fi genre—whether they're gamers, tech enthusiasts, or just dreamers at heart. Urban fantasy fans and those who've imagined flying cars and neon-saturated skies will find a home for this art. Not suited for those preferring traditional or natural themes.

How Do We Craft a Sci-Fi Wonder?

Our process begins with your photo, which is digitally transformed using AI-driven face-swapping technology. This creates a base that our artists refine by hand, ensuring the whimsical details align with your unique features. Did you know we discard about 1 in 12 generations because the sci-fi vibe just doesn't click right?

What Sets Our Sci-Fi Canvas Apart?

Unlike ordinary sci-fi prints that often feel generic, our canvas is a one-of-a-kind creation. Your portrait becomes the central figure of an urban fantasy, set in a world of flying cars and neon lights. This is no copy-pasted art; each piece is retired after just six months to keep it exclusive.
