I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Which Moms and Kiddos Will Love This Royal Touch?

This portrait resonates with mothers who treasure the fairy tale bond with their children. Ideal for those celebrating first birthdays, Mother's Day, or simply cherishing everyday moments together. Not for those expecting a minimalist or modern design.

How Does Your Family Photo Become Regal Art?

We start with your uploaded photo, and our technology performs an initial AI face-swap, bringing your likeness into the royal scene. Next, skilled artists enhance the details, ensuring each feature is perfectly captured. Honest truth: about 1 in 12 pieces don’t make it, ensuring only the best arrive at your door.

Why This Royal Portrait Stands Out

Unlike typical canvas prints, this is a bespoke work of art — the theme is exclusive, rotating every six months so yours stays a standout. Personalized to feature you and your child's faces as the celebrated subjects, it’s a connection that's uniquely yours.
