I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture Timeless Moments on Canvas

Transform your favorite photograph into an incredible work of art that captures the emotion of the moment. This isn't just another print – it's a personalized canvas portrait crafted with care and attention, bringing your memories to life with unmatched vibrancy.

Featuring a vertically oriented single-face design, our category portrait sits beautifully in any space, turning precious memories into lasting artwork. It's ideal for those who seek a meaningful, visual documentation of life's important moments.

TL;DR: A single-face custom portrait from your favorite photo, printed on exquisite canvas. Ideal for those milestone moments like birthdays or anniversaries.

Who Needs a Personal Canvas?

If you know someone who cherishes keepsakes or loves gallery-quality art, this canvas portrait will speak to them. It's a hit with newlyweds, milestone celebrants, and art lovers who want more than just a photo. For tech-savvy folks seeking the latest gadget, it's probably not the perfect match.

How We Craft Your Personal Memory

Our process starts with your uploaded photo, skillfully transformed through a face-swap AI, which our artists refine to perfection, ensuring a remarkable likeness. The portrait is printed on a museum-quality canvas. Occasionally, 1 in 12 pieces might be reworked if the AI generation isn't spot-on.

Why Your Portrait Stands Alone

Unlike generic photo prints, this portrait is a singular creation. Not only do we retire themes after six months to maintain exclusivity, but each image also reflects an unparalleled attention to detail, setting it far apart from automated alternatives.
