It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Transform Your Family into Animated Magic

Step into a world where your family becomes the star of their own animated adventure. Our Custom PixarFamily Portraits bring the playful colors and vibrant expressions of animated films right into your living room, capturing the whimsical bond you share in a style reminiscent of your favorite Pixar tale.

Ideal for families who adore animated storytelling, these portraits burst with life, presenting each loved one in rich color and detail against an imaginative backdrop. It's more than a print; it's a dynamic piece of art that celebrates your unique family story.

TL;DR: A Custom PixarFamily Portrait transforms your family photo into a lively Pixar-style canvas. Perfect for families who cherish animated films and want a vivid, playful representation for their walls.

Which families truly fit a Pixar transformation?

Families who live and breathe animated tales will find a PixarFamily Portrait irresistible. It's perfect for those seeking to embody the essence of joy and imagination, particularly for families with young children — the bright, vivid style tends to captivate kids. On the flip side, if your taste leans more to classical and formal portraits, this might not be your first pick.

How do we animate your family portrait?

Kick off by uploading your family photo. Our AI handles the initial transformation, capturing each personality in Pixar-esque glory. This digital draft then undergoes artisan refinement, adding layers of depth and texture before being printed on a museum-quality canvas. Not everything is perfect; about 1 in 10 drafts need adjustments due to lively, complex expressions.

What elevates this PixarFamily canvas above generic portraits?

Unlike generic prints, our PixarFamily Portraits offer a unique, animated rendition that stays true to your family's dynamic spirit. We create a one-of-a-kind masterpiece, immediately retiring each theme variant, ensuring your portrait remains special and rare.
