I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Unleash Your Inner Gothic Diva

Strike a pose in the shadowy elegance of a Gothic Woman Portrait — an artwork that brings out the bold, theatrical themes of classic gothic expression. With precisely styled suiting, dramatic street lighting, and a moody backdrop, this canvas is made for those who flaunt their mysterious flair effortlessly.

Perfect for evenings spent in thought with a matcha latte or wild garden parties at twilight, our vintage Gothic art captures the power and allure of your individuality. Capture that essence in a timeless piece that's as unique as you are.

TL;DR: This custom Gothic Woman Portrait is perfect for those who embrace dark romanticism and vintage flair, bringing your photo to life with dramatic lighting and a moody city vibe.

Is a Gothic Portrait Your Style?

This portrait suits independent women or anyone enchanted by the mysterious allure of gothic elegance. If your home exudes vintage flair, this piece is a perfect match. However, if bold and dark styles aren't your vibe, you might want to consider a lighter theme.

How We Craft Your Gothic Masterpiece

Our process begins with your photo, which undergoes an AI face-swap and enhancement to ensure flawless placement. Our head of production, Maya, refines each piece with an artist’s touch. As with all art, not every attempt is successful — we discard around 1 in 12 creations to meet the high standards we're known for.

Why Choose Our Gothic Canvas?

Unlike generic prints that simply mimic gothic features, our portraits are one-of-a-kind and tailored to your face and expressions. Each theme is short-lived, which means you own a piece of art that's truly exclusive and unapologetically you.
