I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture Your Love in a Fantasy Realm

Imagine you and your partner, adorned with elegant crowns, standing amidst majestic peaks. This custom fantasy portrait transforms your favorite couple photo into a romantic escape that feels timeless and uniquely yours.

Perfect for anniversaries or engagements, this canvas brings your love story to life with personalized, fantasy-inspired artistry. Lose yourself in lush colors and dreamy landscapes as you gaze upon a scene that's all about you.

TL;DR: Transform your couple's photo into a fantasy scene with crowns and mountains, ideal for anniversaries or anyone who loves fairy tales.

Who will love this mountain fantasy portrait?

This portrait is a hit with couples who dream of fairy tales, appreciate nature's beauty, or seek a unique way to celebrate milestones like anniversaries or engagements. However, if subtlety and minimalism are your style, this might not resonate—look instead at our Regal Horseback Rider option.

What's the creative magic behind this portrait?

Your journey starts with submitting a photo. Advanced AI does the initial face-swap, setting the stage for our artists. With a keen eye for detail, our team refines each artwork, ensuring the fantasy elements blend seamlessly. Honest note: Roughly 1 in 12 don't make the cut due to face alignment issues.

How does this fantasy portrait stand out?

Unlike typical canvas prints, each fantasy portrait is a bespoke creation. We tailor-make it with you as the centerpiece, not just any stock image. Plus, we keep the theme fresh by retiring designs after six months, making your piece exclusive and rare.

常见问题

What if the photo quality is low?Our artists work magic, but a higher-res photo yields the best result. If in doubt, send it anyway — we'll advise if it needs retaking.
Can I swap faces later?Unfortunately, once the artwork is refined, modifications aren't available. But our team ensures it's just right before you hit approve.
Is the canvas durable?Indeed, it's museum-quality, so with proper care, your portrait will last a lifetime.
