I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Love and Laughter in a Hospital Setting

Step into your very own medical drama with our Custom Doctor Couple Portrait, where love and laughter intersect in a lively hospital environment. This isn't just any portrait; it's an artful reflection of your shared passion for healing, complete with scrubs, stethoscopes, and even a playful teddy bear as a nod to your compassionate side.

Whether you're both in the medical field or just appreciate a good hospital sitcom, the portrait captures the light-hearted romance unique to those who save lives together. Infuse your home or office space with this witty work of art that celebrates your professional bond.

TL;DR: Our Whimsical Doctor Couple Portrait is perfect for medical couples celebrating anniversaries or achievements. It adds a humorous and heartfelt touch to their professional and personal lives.

Would a doctor couple find this portrait charming?

This portrait is ideal for doctor couples who share their lives and careers, making it the perfect anniversary gift or office display. It's particularly relatable for those who appreciate the humor in their hectic lifestyles. However, if you're uneasy with themed artwork or seek something traditional, this might not be your style.

What's the process behind crafting our doctor portraits?

Each portrait begins with your photo, transformed through AI face-swap technology to craft your likeness with medical props in a hospital setting. Then, our skilled artists refine the piece, ensuring that the essence of your relationship beams through. Not every generation makes the cut; we reject about 1 in 12 to guarantee only the best adorn your walls.

What sets this hospital canvas apart from the rest?

Unlike generic photo canvases, this is a one-of-a-kind creation blending personal and professional worlds. We retire the design theme every 6 months, ensuring exclusivity and keeping it fresh across our collection.
