I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Bring Your Basketball Moment to Life

Ever dreamed of being immortalized on a basketball court, captured mid-flight during a slam dunk? Our Heroic Slam Dunk Canvas turns that dream into richly-detailed reality. With vibrant cityscapes and dynamic hoop scenes, your portrait becomes a centerpiece that echoes the thrill of the game.

This isn't just about capturing likeness; it's about capturing heart and determination. Ideal for players and fans alike, each piece brings a unique flair, letting you relive the adrenaline rush of your favorite basketball moments.

TL;DR: A slam dunk in art form — perfect for the basketball-loving man, bringing the court's energy to his wall. A standout gift for basketball enthusiasts.

Is This Slam Dunk Canvas Right for You?

Perfect for men who eat, sleep, and breathe basketball, whether they're slam dunking in the driveway or professionally. It's also a hit for sons and brothers dreaming of their own basketball legend. However, if your basketball knowledge doesn't stretch beyond squeaky sneakers and halftime snacks, this might not be your jam.

How Do We Create Your Slam Dunk Portrait?

We start by transforming your uploaded photo with an AI-driven face-swap process, followed by skilled hands refining every detail for authenticity. Our head of production, Maya Chen, insists on discarding 1 in 12 final proofs that don't pass muster. This ensures that when it hits that museum-quality canvas, it's as compelling as a last-second buzzer-beater.

Why Is This Slam Dunk Portrait Different?

Unlike generic prints, our Slam Dunk Portrait is genuinely yours — we use your face and artistry, retiring themes every six months for that rare keepsake feel. No off-the-shelf prints here; each canvas embodies a personal moment at its peak.
