It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture Childhood in a Classic Heirloom Style

This classic heirloom children's portrait transforms a simple photo into a piece of art that resonates with nostalgia and grace. Styled in soft pastels, each portrait whispers stories of innocence, turning fleeting childhood moments into lifelong memories.

The artwork fits seamlessly into vintage settings, from a nursery with white-washed wood accents to a contemporary living room with nostalgic charm. A touch of classic art, blended with your child's unique spirit, makes it more than just a picture—it's a family treasure.

TL;DR: A classic canvas portrait that immortalizes your child's charm, perfect for parents or grandparents wanting a lasting keepsake.

Which families cherish this heirloom theme?

Parents or grandparents looking to freeze a cherished moment adore this product. It's popular among families who admire the timelessness of vintage aesthetics. However, it's not ideal if you're looking for bold, modern art styles without traditional charm.

What's the process behind your child's classic portrait?

We carefully transform your uploaded photo through AI face-swap technology, creating a draft that's then refined by our artists. Our head of production, Maya Chen, ensures that roughly 1 in 12 drafts don't make the cut if the likeness isn't perfect. A museum-quality canvas is then used for print — each step tailored to produce a flawless heirloom.

Why choose our heirloom over generic children's portraits?

Unlike typical off-the-shelf children's portraits, our product creates a one-of-a-kind piece by retiring themes after six months, ensuring exclusivity. It's not just personalized — it's crafted to be as unique as your child's dreams and as enduring as your family history.
