I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture Timeless Glamour on a Grand Staircase

The 1940s Hollywood Grand Staircase Portrait captures the essence of classic film elegance. Imagine your keepsake photo transformed into a vintage masterpiece, with you and your beloved gracing a majestic staircase, just like the stars of yesteryear.

The sepia tones and dramatic lighting evoke the cinematic aura of the Golden Age, setting a sophisticated scene that flatters anyone with a taste for old-world charm. It's the perfect touch of nostalgia for film buffs and vintage lovers alike.

TL;DR: Recreate the classic Hollywood magic of the 1940s with a custom portrait set against a grand staircase — ideal for film buffs on anniversaries, weddings, or birthdays.

Who will love a Grand Staircase remake?

This portrait is for classic film enthusiasts and couples celebrating significant milestones, like anniversaries and weddings. If you or your partner swoon over Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers, this theme fits. It's not ideal if you're after a modern aesthetic or super-saturated colors; its charm lies in the subdued, nostalgic palette.

From photo to glamorous canvas: how?

Our process starts with you sending in your favorite photo, which our AI first transforms with a face-swap set on a grand staircase backdrop. Then, our artists refine the details, ensuring the likeness is perfect and the style is true to the era. Notably, about 1 in 12 drafts are refinished due to our meticulous quality checks.

Why choose this over a stock print?

Unlike generic canvas prints, this portrait is one-of-one. We take your image into a scene straight out of a 1940s movie set that isn't mass-produced, ensuring the rarity and uniqueness of your gift. Each theme is retired after six months to maintain exclusivity.
