It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Who Should Consider a Generational Portrait?

This portrait is perfect for families steeped in tradition who want to honor the matriarchal line and create a visual keepsake that speaks to the lineage of women before them. It's especially resonant for those celebrating significant milestones — be it a milestone birthday, Mother's Day, or a cherished family reunion. However, it may not be the best fit for individuals looking for a more modern or abstract art piece, as its strength lies in its classic storytelling.

How Do We Capture Three Generations in a Portrait?

To create your Three Generations Portrait, start by uploading your cherished family photos. You'll instantly generate a free preview that requires no payment details upfront. Once you’re satisfied with the preview, you can complete your order to have the artwork printed on high-quality canvas, maintaining the essence of your family's connection.

What Sets this Generational Portrait Apart?

What really differentiates this generational portrait is its ability to assemble three lifetimes of memories into one cohesive storytelling device — each face, every smile, adds layers to your family's tale, preserved forever in hues chosen specifically to highlight generational harmony.
