Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Which photos do I upload?

How does it know who goes in the oval?

It sorts the people by age: the two of you as teenagers go in the oval, today’s faces in front. With only today’s photo, it paints the two of you without the oval.

Can I use a faded or black-and-white photo?

Yes. Faded, orange-tinted and black-and-white prints come out in warm, natural colour, and each person keeps the age they are in the photo.

Will it look like a couple portrait?
