I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Elevate Precious Moments into Personalized Canvas Art

Step into a world where personal memories are celebrated in vibrant color and masterful detail. Our Premium Custom Portrait Canvas is perfect for anyone seeking not just a gift, but an experience — capturing life's special moments in a way that resonates personally.

Each portrait is uniquely tailored, designed to reflect the essence of your chosen photo. With a classic aesthetic, it offers a polished, museum-quality appeal that turns any living space into a gallery of cherished memories.

TL;DR: Our Premium Custom Portrait Canvas transforms your uploaded photos into bespoke, museum-quality art, perfect for celebrating milestone moments and special relationships. Ideal for those seeking an unforgettable, personal touch in decor.

Who benefits the most from a personalized portrait experience?

This portrait is perfect for individuals looking to commemorate significant life moments — think anniversaries, milestone birthdays, or retirement celebrations. It suits anyone who appreciates the finer details of personalized art. However, if you prefer modern digital aesthetics over traditional canvas textures, this might not be your first choice.

How is your bespoke portrait brought to life?

Your portrait journey begins with a simple photo upload, followed by an AI-assisted transformation process that carefully defines and enhances each facial detail. Post-AI, our expert artists, including our head of production, Maya, refine the finish, ensuring every expression and shadow aligns with your vision. We do reject about 1 in 12 AI generations to guarantee quality alignment with your expectations before it’s professionally printed onto museum-quality canvas.

Why choose our custom portrait over standard prints?

Unlike generic canvas prints, each piece is a one-of-a-kind masterpiece designed around your photographs. We retire specific design templates after a careful quality cycle, adding a layer of exclusivity and ensuring no two portraits are alike. It's not just a picture; it's a craft tailored to personal moments you hold dear.
