Only clean generations move to the next step, where one of our artists does manual refinement — adjusting the lighting match between face and background, cleaning up hair edges, and checking that the botanical framing elements sit naturally around the subject. US orders ship in 5–7 business days after production (2–4 days); EU and international orders run 7–14 business days depending on customs. We use tracked courier services on every order — you'll get a tracking link by email once it leaves us. Canvas is wrapped in protective poly-sleeve inside a rigid cardboard box; corner damage in transit is rare but covered. For care: keep it out of direct sunlight if you can — UV-resistant inks hold well, but no print is truly sun-proof over years of direct exposure. Don't spray water directly on the canvas surface. If anything's wrong with your order, we have a 60-day satisfaction policy — contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll reprint or refund, no long back-and-forth required.
