I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Could Your Love Story Shine as a Victorian Portrait?

It's also a treasure for couples celebrating milestones like their 10th or 25th anniversaries, seeking to commemorate their enduring love with extraordinary style. Honestly, if you're more into minimalist modern art, this might not hit the right note for you.

How Do We Capture Victorian Romance?

Every Custom Victorian Couple Portrait begins with your uploaded photo. We use AI to align your features with period attire and settings, meticulously perfected by hand by our skilled artists. From face to lace, everything is crafted with care. Our head of production, Maya, admits we discard about 1 in 12 attempts — we only settle for a flawless match.

What Sets This Victorian Canvas Apart?

Unlike generic canvas prints found in any home décor store, these are made-to-order and retire within six months to ensure exclusivity and rarity. This means you’ll possess a piece of art that truly reflects your love, never to be replicated exactly for anyone else. Think of it as a personalized heirloom.
