It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Lift-off for Your Loyal Canine Companion

Time to propel your furry friend into the outer realm. Our Sci-Fi Dog Portrait offers an extraordinary voyage into the cosmos as your pup becomes the intrepid captain of their own starship, donned in a sleek astronaut suit and surrounded by galaxies and nebulae.

Perfect for space and sci-fi enthusiasts, this cosmic custom portrait captures your dog's adventurous spirit, launching them as the heroic explorer they truly are.

TL;DR: A custom portrait that transforms your dog into a spacefaring adventurer, perfect for sci-fi fans who adore their pets and want a unique, cosmic-themed decor piece.

Is your pup the next star of the universe?

Calling all dog lovers who can't get enough of sci-fi: this portrait electrifies your space, merging your love for your pet and interstellar adventures. Suitable for those who see their best friend as a bold explorer on a cosmic quest. Not ideal for pet owners looking for traditional or classic art styles.

How does your pooch become a galactic hero?

Our process begins with you uploading a clear photo of your dog, which we transform using advanced AI face-swap technology. The draft then heads to our skilled artists for refinement before it's printed on a museum-quality canvas. We take quality seriously, retiring about 1 in 12 generations if they don't perfectly match the sci-fi theme.

Why is this portrait out of this world?

Unmatched in its originality, our Sci-Fi Dog Portrait isn't just a stock image - it's a custom masterpiece that seamlessly integrates your pet into a galactic narrative. Themes are refreshed regularly to ensure yours remains exclusive.
