It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Your Dog, the Monarch: A Royal Throne Portrait

Step into a world of opulence where your furry friend reigns supreme on a lavish throne. With rich velvets, golden trims, and a crown perched just so, this regal portrait is your dog's chance to shine in their own noble spotlight. Anybody who's had the joy of witnessing their pup's 'I'm actually in charge here' gaze will appreciate the royal treatment of this masterpiece.

Our Royal Dog Portrait is for those who believe their pets aren’t just animals, but regal souls disguised in fur and wags. Transcend the ordinary and let your pet join the ranks of true monarchy, immortalized on museum-quality canvas. It’s all about celebrating their noble demeanor with a touch of artistic grandeur.

TL;DR: Perfect for dog enthusiasts who see their pets as four-legged royalty, this regal portrait transports your furry friend to the throne room, complete with velvet robes and a glittering crown. Ideal for commemorating your pet's unique nobility.

Which proud pet parents need this royal scene?

This majestic canvas suits dog lovers who see a little extra sparkle in their pet's eyes. Ideal for owners who joke about their pet being the 'king' or 'queen' of the house, or as a special gift for the pet parent who treats their dog as royalty. Not for those seeking minimalistic or modern decor, as the ornate throne decor might feel too grandiose.

How do we carve royalty out of a furball?

Your masterpiece begins with a photo upload, where the wizardry of AI swaps faces with uncanny precision. But technology only takes us so far — our artists step in to refine every detail until perfection is achieved, ensuring personality and spirit are truly captured. Heads-up: we reject about 1 in 12 initial outputs because not every face aligns with its crown immediately.

Why is this throne truly fit for a king or queen?

Unlike typical pet portraits, this isn’t just about fluff and fur. Each Royal Dog Portrait is uniquely tailored to your pet's likeness and retired after six months to guarantee its uniqueness. This rarity adds an exclusive layer to your home’s art collection, turning it into a conversation starter for all your guests.
