It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Picture your pup draped in lavish velvet robes and adorned with a gleaming crown, sitting majestically upon a throne fit for a king. Our Custom Royal Dog Portrait brings your four-legged friend into a world of sumptuous elegance, transforming Fido from playful companion to noble ruler.

These portraits speak volumes, capturing the essence of loyalty and grandeur, with each piece finely crafted to pair your pet with the regal aura they've always deserved. Perfect for that spot above the fireplace or as a unique centerpiece in your home.

Which pets deserve such royal treatment?

Ideal for dog owners who view their pets as regal companions worthy of hundreds of photos on your phone. If your living room is pet-themed or your pup’s presence dominates family events, this is for you. If you're looking for a simpler or more subtle decor piece, this may not align with your minimalist tastes.

How do we turn dogs into royalty?

Start by uploading or snapping the perfect dog photo. We let AI swap faces seamlessly into a heroic royal scene. Our artists meticulously refine features, with only 11 out of 12 attempts making the final cut to ensure uncanny aristocracy. Finally, it’s rendered on a canvas fit for display in any modern-day castle.

Why is this royal canvas different from another?

This isn't just a stock photo or off-the-shelf print. Each royal canvas masterpiece is uniquely yours, with our themes retiring every six months to ensure exclusive ownership over your pet's new noble title.
