Who it's for (and who it isn't)

Rabbit owners who are deeply, unashamedly attached to their pet. That's not a dig — it's the majority of our rabbit portrait customers. We've shipped to people who built enclosures the size of a studio apartment for their Holland Lop, and to folks who simply got a bun for their kid two Christmases ago and somehow became obsessed. How it's made

You upload a clear photo — ideally a front-facing shot with decent light, though we'll work with what you've got — and our system uses AI-assisted face-mapping to place your rabbit's features into the Royal composition. From there, a human artist steps in to refine the snout shape, ear position, eye color, and coat pattern against the original photo. Honestly, we discard about 1 in 10 generations before it ever reaches the artist queue, because the face-lock just isn't right — wrong ear angle, muddy eye color, that kind of thing. Only once the artist signs off does it move to print. We use a museum-grade canvas stretched over a solid pine frame, printed with pigment inks rated for 75+ years without fading. Our head of production, Maya Chen, checks a sample pull from every print batch — her rule is that if she wouldn't hang it in her own hallway, it doesn't ship.

What makes this different

Generic pet portrait services give you a preset illustration with a pet-shaped hole in it — swap any animal in and the result looks like clip art with fur. This is different because we're working from your specific rabbit's photo: the exact coloring of a blue-eyed Flemish Giant reads completely differently on canvas than a sandy Mini Rex, and our process preserves that. The Royal theme also isn't permanent inventory — we retire and refresh themes periodically, so the exact version you're ordering won't be on sale forever. One more thing: at $35 on museum canvas, there isn't a meaningful competitor at this price point doing real custom face-work. The ones charging $15 are sending you a filtered selfie on cardboard. US orders ship in 5–7 business days; EU and UK customers should expect 7–14 days depending on customs. The canvas arrives ready to hang — no extra framing needed. Keep it out of direct sunlight if you can (the pigment inks are rated 75+ years, but why push it), and dust with a dry cloth rather than anything damp. If the portrait arrives damaged or the likeness genuinely missed the mark, our 60-day satisfaction policy covers a free reprint or a full refund — no hoop-jumping required. We've processed reprints for things as specific as "the ear color is more grey than brown in person" and we'll do it again.
