It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

TL;DR: This custom pixel art portrait embraces nostalgia with 8-bit flair, ideal for gamers and retro lovers celebrating milestones or simply wanting to immortalize memories with a personal touch.

Who’s ready to unleash their inner retro gamer?

This portrait is a must-have for gamers nostalgic for the 8-bit era and couples who bonded over marathon gaming nights. Digital art lovers will appreciate the pixel-perfect portrayal of cherished memories. Not ideal for those seeking more traditional, realistic art styles—it’s a playful tribute to gaming history.

How do we transform your image into digital art?

Our process begins with your photo upload, which an AI algorithm transforms into a pixelated masterpiece. A team of artists refines it, ensuring details like glasses and hairstyles resonate in the pixel form. We’re picky—about 1 in 10 aren’t perfect and get tweaked before they meet our canvas standards!

Why is this pixel art canvas unique?

Unlike usual photo prints, this canvas stands out by merging personalization with retro pixel charm. Each portrait becomes a unique statement piece—reimagining a modern moment in a style that’s purely nostalgic. We keep themes rare, retiring them every 6 months to ensure you own a true original.
