It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Animate Memories with Pixar Magic

Throw the spotlight on your family in a whimsical world of vibrant colors and playful expressions with our Pixar-style portrait. This canvas captures your family's unique traits in an enchanting animated style that feels straight out of your favorite blockbuster films. Ideal for living rooms or kids' playrooms, it brings a burst of joy to any space.

Rooted in the imaginative realm of cartoons, these portraits soften hard edges with charming highlights, making every depiction an adventure in fun. Unfiltered color palettes bring forth the magic of animation, where each family member is depicted through dreamy, expressive details that even a Pixar animator would appreciate.

TL;DR: This custom Pixar-style portrait is perfect for families who adore animated movies and want to see themselves in a vibrant new light. Whether it's for a cozy playroom or as a heartfelt gift, this canvas captures family bonds with animated charm.

Whose Inner Animator Is This Best For?

This Pixar-style portrait is tailored for families drawn to animated films, especially those with young children who dream of cartoon adventures. If you’re excited by the idea of seeing your family animated like beloved screen characters, this is right up your alley. It's probably less suitable for households that lean towards more traditional or minimalist design styles.

Turning Family Snapshots Into Animation

Your chosen family photo undergoes a transformation through our advanced AI, meticulously mapping each face to capture those familiar features. We reject about 1 in 10 generations to ensure the best quality. Our artists then refine this animated version, adding the expressive touches that give our Pixar-style portraits their unique charm, before we print on museum-grade canvas.

What Sets Our Animated Portraits Apart?

This isn't just any run-of-the-mill canvas print. Our Pixar-style portraits are one-of-a-kind pieces that turn your family into vibrant characters. Unlike generic prints, each theme is retired after six months to maintain exclusivity, making your portrait as unique as those cherished family movie nights.
