It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture Her Spirit in a Forest Angel Canvas

Picture her surrounded by a spellbinding forest bathed in soft, golden light. Our Serene Forest Angel theme transforms cherished memories into a tranquil tribute. A soft palette of greens and golds, accented by delicate flowers, brings peace and dignity to a beloved's memory.

This isn't for everyone. It's a special fit for those who found solace in nature's embrace. Made to uniquely honor a life that found beauty in stillness.

TL;DR: A custom portrait transforming a cherished woman's photo into a serene forest angel setting, perfect for memorializing her connection to nature.

Is a Forest Angel Portrait Right for Memorializing Her?

This portrait suits daughters, mothers, or best friends who adored the serenity of nature. If she found tranquility amidst trees and blooms, this canvas memorializes her beautifully. It might not suit if her style was more urban or contemporary.

How We Craft Your Serene Forest Angel Portraits

We start with your cherished photo, using AI to gently blend her likeness into an angelic forest scene. Our artists refine these images, ensuring each canvas feels vivid and personal. About 1 in 12 trials don't meet our standards and are redone, ensuring quality.

What Sets This Memorial Canvas Apart?

Unlike generic memorial portraits, each of ours is one-of-one — capturing her essence in a custom setting we retire after six months to maintain exclusivity.
