It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Soft Watercolor: Celebrate New Beginnings

Nothing welcomes you home quite like a custom watercolor portrait of your own house. Instead of stock images, we transform a photo of your abode into a unique piece of art that captures its spirit and charm.

The gentle hues and soft edges of this watercolor style are perfect for a tranquil, airy atmosphere, best enjoyed in the cozy confines of your new living room. If capturing your home's essence feels like an art, this portrait turns it into a masterpiece.

TL;DR: This custom house portrait in soft watercolor is perfect for new homeowners looking to immortalize their new abode on canvas. Great for housewarming or celebrating a home purchase.

Is this the right housewarming gift for your friends and family?

This soft watercolor house portrait suits new homeowners who appreciate art and want a personal touch at home. It's ideal for those celebrating a recent move or as a heartfelt housewarming gift. If you're not fond of soft palettes or prefer modern, abstract styles, this might not be the portrait for you.

How do we create a custom soft watercolor house portrait?

Our process begins with your uploaded photo, where AI technology regenerates your home's image. Our artists then refine the details to enhance the watercolor effect, printing it on museum-grade canvas. Our head of production, Maya Chen, ensures each piece meets quality standards, discarding about 1 in 12 for precision.

What sets this custom house portrait apart from others?

Unlike standard home prints, this isn't just a copy; it's a crafted piece of art tailored to your home's uniqueness. The watercolor style captures the serenity and beauty of everyday domestic moments, offering an irreplaceable keepsake distinct from ordinary stock art.

Vanliga frågor

What if the photo quality is low? We'll contact you if the photo isn't clear enough to ensure a high-quality portrait. We prefer well-lit, high-resolution images.
Can I request modifications after seeing the proof?Yes, minor adjustments are possible after the initial proof. Email us your requests within 48 hours of receiving the digital preview.
Is there a difference in texture between sizes? While each canvas has the same high-quality finish, larger sizes naturally offer more detail visibility, enhancing the watercolor effect.
Are there any limitations on subject matter? As long as the photograph features a recognizable structure, we can work with it. We focus on homes but love to hear unique requests.
How do I care for my canvas portrait?Keep the canvas in a moisture-free environment and out of direct sunlight to maintain its colors. Dust with a dry cloth as needed.
