I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Romantic Moonlit Serenade for Couples

Envelop yourselves in the enchanting embrace of a moonlit serenade with our Custom Halloween Couple Portrait. Picture this: your faces immortalized in a scene dappled with candlelight, traditional attire, and a bouquet of ethereal blossoms.

This artwork isn't just for any couple; it's made for those who revel in the whimsy and romance of All Hallows' Eve, transforming personal moments into a timeless, gossamer memory.

TL;DR: Celebrate your love with a Halloween-themed couple portrait, capturing romance under the moonlight. Perfect for anniversaries or Halloween celebrations.

Who Thrives in a Moonlit Halloween Romance?

This portrait suits couples enchanted by Halloween's allure, like those celebrating an anniversary in October. Ideal for partners who enjoy elegant, fantasy-inspired art. If you're not a fan of themed decors or prefer minimalist designs, this might not be your style.

How the Enchanting Portrait Comes to Life

The creation process begins with your photo. AI technology performs a seamless face-swap. Then, our artists add the romantic details — soft candlelight, floral accents. We discard about 1 in 12 AI-generated drafts to assure your expressions shine through with authentic love.

What Sets Apart Our Halloween Serenade Portrait?

Unlike run-of-the-mill canvas prints, our Halloween Serenade Portrait offers a one-of-a-kind experience. The theme retires semi-annually, ensuring your piece remains rare and exceptional, crafted with meticulous attention by our skilled artists.
