It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Turn Your Romance Into Gothic Artistry

Step back into a realm of mystery where shadows play and candlelight flickers. Our Custom Gothic Couple Portrait transforms your photo into a romantic canvas, draped in deep reds, blacks, and the subtle glow of candlelit architecture. It's not just a portrait; it's a window to a bygone era where elegance reigned supreme.

This piece speaks to the heart of those who cherish the allure of the dark and romantic. Embrace a style that whispers tales of love and intrigue, perfect for your home or as an unforgettable gift that captures timeless emotion.

TL;DR: Perfect for anniversaries or engagements, this custom gothic couple portrait enriches your walls with candlelit romantic elegance, capturing unique love stories with a dark, seductive charm.

Which couples crave gothic allure?

Passionate couples who are captivated by the drama and mystery of gothic romance will find this portrait irresistible. It's an ideal gift for those who enjoy a hint of dark romance in their decor. Honestly, if bright and minimalist is more your style, this might not be your cup of tea.

How are these gothic masterpieces crafted?

Your journey begins with a photo upload. Our sophisticated AI swaps faces, setting the scene with gothic finesse. After AI, our artists refine every detail, preserving authenticity, but we do discard about 1 in 12 setups that don’t nail that perfect gothic aura. Finally, the design is printed on museum-grade canvas.

Why is this canvas uniquely gothic?

This isn't just any canvas portrait. Unlike generic pieces, each creation is a unique reflection of you, steeped in gothic spirit. Regular stock art simply doesn't evoke the same personal touch and mystique that retiring our designs ensures — this keeps your art as singular as your love story.
