I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Unleash Your Inner Ocean Goddess

Transform into a mystical ocean queen surrounded by vibrant corals and shimmering seashells, with a custom fantasy mermaid portrait. Imagine flowing hair cascading over a finely detailed fin, and the glistening ocean reflecting in the distance.

This portrait doesn't just capture an image; it encapsulates a dream, a world where vibrant turquoise meets the mystery of deep ocean blues. Ideal for those who find solace and inspiration by the sea.

TL;DR: A whimsical mermaid portrait that lets women become ocean queens, perfect for those who adore sea fantasies and personalized decor.

Is this mermaid portrait your fantasy match?

Perfect for the sea lover or fantasy enthusiast who dreams of mythical ocean adventures. It's the ideal pick for women who crave the ethereal vibe of mermaids, looking to transform their photo into something beyond. If meticulous attention to mythical detail and vibrant, oceanic hues aren't your thing, it might not be the perfect fit.

What happens after you upload your mermaid photo?

Upload your photo, and watch as we craft your vision into a one-of-a-kind mermaid artwork. Our AI begins with a detailed face-swap, refining features entirely invisible in the competition. About 1 in 12 initial attempts don't pass the muster—because close isn't good enough. Once the AI work is done, our artists meticulously enhance each detail, ensuring the final piece is ready for museum-quality canvas.

How is this mermaid portrait unique?

Unlike generic ocean-themed prints, this mermaid portrait is a true one-off. Each piece celebrates personal enchantment with its custom face and limited-edition themes. You won't see your canvas in friends' homes because we retire themes quickly to keep your portrait uniquely yours. This isn't just decor; it's a statement of your personal dream world.
