It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Who will cherish a cosmic fantasy portrait?

This custom fantasy portrait is ideal for women who adore the mystical and magical. Think dreamers, fantasy novel enthusiasts, and cosplay lovers looking to be immortalized in otherworldly art. On the flip side, those who prefer minimalist or modern styles might not find this as appealing.

How do we craft your cosmic vision?

Starting with your uploaded photo, we use advanced AI to create a vivid fantasy setting, enhancing it further with artist refinement. If the initial draft falls flat (which happens 1 in 12 times), we start again, ensuring your portrait captures the essence of cosmic wonder. Our expert team, led by Maya Chen, ensures quality and accuracy before it's printed on museum-grade canvas.

Why choose a cosmic fantasy over the mundane?

Unlike generic photo canvases, this fantasy portrait transports you to a new universe. We retire designs after six months to maintain exclusivity, making each piece as unique as a comet's trail across the night sky.
