It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Wander into a World of Fantasy and Florals

Imagine her amidst a garden of mystical blooms, where the lighting is tender and the mood, entrancing. Our custom fantasy portrait turns your loved one's photo into a serene artwork, perfect for those moments when reality feels too mundane.

This theme leans heavily on delicate floral accents and soft lighting, captured with remarkable love for detail — it's where elegance meets fantasy, and every woman finds her fairy tale.

TL;DR: A custom fantasy portrait draped in serene florals, ideal for women who love immersive, dreamy art. Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, or as a unique bedroom piece.

Is this fantasy floral portrait her style?

This portrait is perfect for women who cherish fantasy art and the serene beauty of florals. Think of daughters stepping into adulthood, wives who deserve a magical anniversary gift, or moms who love adding personal touches to their home decor. We don't recommend this for those preferring bold, high-contrast visuals or minimalist aesthetics.

Crafting Your Floral Fantasy Portrait

We start by transforming your uploaded photo through an AI-powered face swap, ensuring that every detail aligns with our fantasy theme. Our head of production, Maya, oversees the process, and you'll be pleased to know we discard 1 in 12 attempts to ensure perfection. A touch by our artists gives life to the serene floral setting, before printing on museum-quality canvas.

What sets our floral fantasy canvas apart?

Unlike other photo canvases, your fantasy portrait here is genuinely unique; the face is yours, and each floral composition is exclusively crafted. Plus, the theme is refreshed every six months to keep it rare and special, unlike generic off-the-shelf alternatives.
