How it's made

You upload a clear face photo — front-facing, decent lighting preferred, though we've worked with worse. Our system runs an AI face-isolation pass to extract and clean the likeness, then drops it into the Mystic Tribal scene base. From there, a human artist (not a filter, an actual person on our production team) adjusts the face-to-costume integration: skin tone matching, shadow direction, the way the tribal jewelry sits against the neckline. That artist review step is why we reject about 1 in 12 initial generations internally — if the face placement looks slightly puppet-y or the lighting angle is fighting the background, we regenerate before it ever hits your preview. The final file goes to canvas print on a museum-grade poly-cotton blend, gets hand-stretched on a kiln-dried pine frame, and ships. Total production time is usually 2–4 business days before it leaves our facility.

US orders ship in 5–7 business days from our production facility; EU customers should expect 7–14 business days depending on customs clearance (Germany and the Netherlands tend to clear fast — UK orders occasionally sit a day or two longer post-Brexit, just so you know). The canvas arrives in a reinforced box with corner protectors and is ready to hang straight out of the packaging. For care: wipe with a dry or very lightly damp microfiber cloth — no sprays, no cleaning products directly on the surface. The UV-resistant inks hold up to normal indoor light, but prolonged direct sunlight will fade any canvas over years, so don't hang it opposite a south-facing window if you can help it.
