I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Perfect for couples who love historical dramas, fantasy novels, or Renaissance aesthetics. Great for anniversaries or those returning from a romantic getaway. However, if you're not a fan of ornate designs or prefer minimalist art styles, this isn't your match.

What Goes Into Crafting Our Fantasy Portraits?

Upload your cherished photo, and watch it transform through advanced AI face-swapping technology and artistic refinement into a fantasy masterpiece. Our head of production, Maya Chen, ensures each design undergoes rigorous quality checks to uphold our standard, discarding about 1 in every 12 generations because of discrepancies.

How Do Our Fantasy Portraits Stand Out?

Our portraits are retired after six months, ensuring your piece remains exclusive. Unlike everyday art prints, we personalize every detail—from attire to setting, capturing something truly unique.
