How it's made

You upload a photo, and our system starts with a style-transfer and AI-assisted face-swap process that places your pet's actual face and coloring into the Christmas-by-the-tree scene. That's the base. But we discard about 1 in 12 of those generated bases internally — our production team reviews every output for facial accuracy, fur detail, and color fidelity before it moves forward, and if it's off, we generate again. Once the base passes QA, a human artist does refinement work: adjusting light sources so the tree glow feels believable on the pet's coat, correcting any ear or snout geometry that the AI distorted, and sharpening the eyes (eyes are almost always the giveaway when something was AI-generated and nobody fixed it).
