I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Your Love Story, Gym Style

Elevate your gym selfies to art! Our whimsical athlete couple portrait turns your shared fitness adventures into a playful, statement-making canvas. It’s a fun reminder of your mutual commitment to breaking a sweat.

Perfect for couples who find home in the gym, this portrait isn’t just an artwork—it's a reflection of your shared goals and triumphs amid the rack and rower.

TL;DR: Our custom athlete couple portrait humorously immortalizes your fitness journey on premium museum canvas. Ideal for gym-loving couples or as a quirky anniversary gift.

Why choose a gym-themed portrait?

This portrait most flatters couples who see the gym as their playground—think partners who squat together. It’s also great for fitness enthusiasts celebrating milestones. Not exactly for those skipping leg day or eyeing gym-goer anonymity.

How each gym couple portrait comes to life

We start with your chosen gym photo, applying AI for a first draft. Then, our artists infuse life into every detail, from your gym trunks to tonal shadows, ensuring it's dynamic. We discard about 1 in 10 drafts if they don’t meet our energy and vibe standards.

Different from generic gym art? Absolutely!

Unlike a stock gym poster, this is your story in high resolution. Your faces, your grit—our themes rotate every six months, keeping yours rare and radiant on museum-quality canvas.

Can I swap faces later?Due to the custom nature, face swaps post-production are tough. But we've got a preview stage, giving you control early on.
Is this a limited edition theme? Our themes shift every half-year, ensuring your piece is unique. If whimsy and workout speak to you, now's the moment.
What if my partner isn't really into the gym? This might not pack the same punch. Consider something lighter like our Ballerina Canvas.
