What if the photo quality is low?Our AI can handle most standard photo issues, but extreme blur or low resolution might compromise the preview's accuracy. Try to upload the highest quality photo you have.
Can I ask for a change after ordering?Yes. An artist checks your portrait before anything is printed and you approve it first. If something needs adjusting, ask for a revision and an artist makes it before printing.
What if I don't like the preview? You're not committed to anything when creating a preview. If it doesn't meet your expectations, simply don’t proceed with the purchase.
Are there different frame styles? The portrait comes as a gallery-wrapped canvas, ready to hang, with the picture continuing around the edges; there is no separate frame. A digital file is also available.
Is it possible to personalize the background? The barbershop theme has a set design to maintain its classic feel. However, a personalized photo inside the frame tailor-fits your subject's likeness.
