I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Celebrate Your Milestone in Art

Imagine your most treasured memory artfully transformed into a stunning piece. The Anniversary Canvas captures that unique bond, bathing your photo in soft hues that speak volumes of love. Perfect for couples who appreciate the finer things, you'll cherish the warmth it brings to your home.

This isn't just a picture — it's a narrative. Whether you're commemorating a first or a fiftieth, this canvas becomes a timeless testament to your journey. Rich details and a classic touch create a piece that's as unique as your love story.

TL;DR: A personalized anniversary canvas that beautifully commemorates significant milestones. Ideal for couples celebrating deep connections and shared journeys.

Which couples will adore this anniversary canvas?

This canvas is perfect for couples who value personal stories and artistic flair. Those celebrating milestone anniversaries like 10th, 25th, or even 50th will find it a heartwarming gift. However, if your partner leans more towards modern, minimalist decor, this might not be their cup of tea.

How do we transform your photo into love's treasure?

We start with your cherished photo, applying AI for a preliminary transformation. Our artists then refine every detail, ensuring each brushstroke captures your essence. Did you know we discard roughly 1 in 12 previews because they don't quite nail your look? Our head of production, Maya, insists on perfection.

What makes our anniversary canvas stand out?

Unlike generic prints, our anniversary canvas is a one-off piece, curated exclusively for you. Every theme is temporary, keeping each canvas unique and specific to the occasion. It's not just art — it's the only one of its kind, just like your love.
