I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Dive into the Treasure Mermaid Realm

Immerse yourself and your loved one in the enchanting world of Treasure Mermaids. Celebrate your union by becoming part of a mesmerizing underwater scene, where shimmering scales and hidden treasures abound. This isn't just a portrait; it's a captivating journey beneath the waves.

Imagine your photo transformed into a stunning aquatic masterpiece, complete with vibrant marine life and a magical oceanic backdrop. It's perfect for couples who dream of adventure and romance in equal measure, and it lives up to its promise as a canvas you'll treasure forever.

TL;DR: The Treasure Mermaid Couple Portrait is for adventurous duos celebrating special moments. Transform your photo into a unique, sea-themed canvas fit for anniversaries or a romantic surprise.

Who wants to be Treasure Mermaids?

Our Treasure Mermaid Couple Portrait suits couples who revel in the allure of the sea, particularly those celebrating anniversaries or romantic milestones. If your partner loves adventure and ocean tales, this is a delightful choice. Conversely, it might not be ideal for those who prefer more traditional motifs.

How do we craft your undersea dream?

The creation process begins with your photo — we use it as the base for an AI-powered transformation into your mermaid selves. Then, our skilled artists refine the image, ensuring details like sparkling scales and treasure-filled backgrounds are perfect. Fun fact: we discard about 1 in 12 initial drafts as part of our commitment to quality. Finally, the masterpiece is printed on a museum-quality canvas.

How is a Treasure Mermaid portrait unique?

Unlike ordinary canvas prints, this portrait is entirely unique to you. We only produce Treasure Mermaid portraits for limited times, ensuring they stay special and rare. You'll find no pre-made templates here—each canvas is a fresh dive into your own sea-inspired story.
