I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Turn Childhood Moments Into Royal Keepsakes

Imagine your child stepping into the grandeur of a royal palace, adorned in a Renaissance-inspired velvet gown with shimmering pearl accents. This piece isn’t just a canvas—it’s an heirloom that captures your child’s regal moment against the backdrop of a majestic castle.

Perfect for birthdays or Christmas, this artwork fuses timeless elegance with childhood charm. A dreamy keepsake that stands apart as a truly unique gift idea that resonates with the whole family.

TL;DR: Capture your child's elegance with our Regal Royal-Style Portrait — a personalized canvas gift suitable for birthdays and special occasions.

Which kids will love a touch of royalty?

This portrait is ideal for children who dream of castles and crowns, making it a delightful surprise for birthdays and special celebrations. Grandparents will adore gifting this to their regal little ones. Not the best choice for kids obsessed with modern superheroes, though.

How do we craft these royal keepsakes?

Upload a favorite photo of your child and see the magic unfold. Our AI begins by intelligently mapping the facial features, followed by our artist’s meticulous touch. We do reject about 1 in 12 AI generations where the likeness doesn’t meet our standards—our head of production, Maya, insists on perfection. Finally, it’s printed on museum-quality canvas.

Why aren’t other kids’ portraits as majestic?

Unlike off-the-shelf canvas prints, each of our royal-themed portraits is tailor-made to feature your child's unique face. We limit our theme availability to ensure rarity, offering something truly distinct and personal.

Kde nájdem ceny, ponuky, doručenie a podmienky vrátenia?
