I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

If you've ever wanted to put a loved one in the spotlight, our FBI Most Wanted Poster Custom Portrait is your comedic yet intriguing way to do it. These bold, dramatic pieces transform your photo into a keepsake that demands attention.

The poster style evokes intrigue and adds a playful twist, perfect for those who're serious about humor. With striking contrasts and sharp definition, this canvas delivers a true conversation starter in any space.

TL;DR: This playful FBI Most Wanted Poster portrait is perfect for those who appreciate humor and want to be in the spotlight. Ideal for gifting on birthdays or just for laughs.

Who'll Love Being Most Wanted in Your World?

Ideal for friends or family who love a good laugh and enjoy unique décor pieces with a story. It's also great for those tough-to-buy-for occasions like milestone birthdays. Not the best choice for those who prefer more traditional, serious artwork.

How Do These Intriguing Portraits Come to Life?

We start with the photo you upload, then apply an AI face-swap to map the face into our original FBI Most Wanted design. Our artists fine-tune every detail to ensure authenticity and quality. We discard about 1 in 12 generations that don't meet our visual standards, resulting in a striking museum-grade canvas.

Why Choose Our Most Wanted Portrait Over Others?

Unlike typical mass-produced prints, this portrait is a unique, tailored masterpiece with your chosen face becoming the main character. We refresh themes every six months to maintain exclusivity and intrigue.
