It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Embrace Your Inner Ocean Muse

Picture this: your love story splashed across a canvas, bathed in the rich blues of oceanic depths. The Deep Blue Mermaid Couple Portrait transforms you and your partner into aquatic royalty, drawing on the mystique of the sea to mesmerize any art lover.

Soft ripples of azure and turquoise frame your faces with seashell crowns and flowing seaweed hair. This isn't just any portrait; it's a portal to a world of underwater enchantment, ideal for couples who dream of fairytales beneath the waves.

TL;DR: The Deep Blue Mermaid Couple Portrait is a custom fantasy canvas for couples who dream of romantic ocean adventures. Perfect for anniversaries or Christmas.

Which couples will love a mermaid fantasy vibe?

This portrait is perfect for couples who linger over 'The Little Mermaid' and share dreams of ocean escapes. Adventurous pairs relishing in fantasy and magic will find it speaks to them. However, it might not be the best fit for those who prefer modern or minimalist styles over imaginative elements.

How do we bring your ocean dream to life?

Your portrait journey begins with a cherished photo. Our AI meticulously maps and swaps your faces onto the mermaid template, moderated by our artists who refine intricate details. Our head, Maya, notes we discard about 1 in 12 previews—ensuring only the best quality surfaces.

Why choose this mermaid over generic portraits?

Unlike off-the-shelf prints, this portrait becomes uniquely you—the sea-swept hair, delicate coral textures, and watery hues are crafted personally. Our themes each retire after six months, meaning your artwork remains exclusive and hard to find elsewhere.

Can I swap faces later? We can make adjustments before you approve the preview, but once you've confirmed, changes aren't possible.
Is this special enough for an anniversary gift?Absolutely, it's an artwork and a memory combined which makes it a riveting gift for anniversaries or romantic celebrations.
Are there similar products with different mermaid themes?Yes, you might also consider our Bioluminescent Mermaid or Coral Reef Mermaid variants for different vibes.
Does the canvas come framed?Framing isn't included, but any standard frame will fit our sizes perfectly. Many customers find this lets them personalize the finish even more.
