I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Immortalize Your Wedding Day in Art

Step into the eternal charm of your wedding day with our Custom Wedding Couple Portrait. This isn't just a canvas; it's a serene capturing of your love story in gentle, romantic tones that resonate with the day you said 'I do'.

Think of it as a living memory, a piece that captures the whispered vows and joyous celebration. Perfect for the couple who cherishes every detail, we bring your bond to life on museum-quality canvas.

TL;DR: Elegantly crafted for newlywed couples, this museum-quality canvas transforms your cherished wedding photo into a classic art piece capturing the essence of your romantic journey.

Which couples bask in the romance of a wedding portrait?

This portrait is ideal for newlyweds looking to enshrine their wedding day in a timeless piece. It's also a heartfelt gift for your spouse on anniversaries. However, if you're seeking something with a more modern edge, this might not fit that bill.

How do we infuse romance into your canvas?

Each portrait is crafted with precision: your photo is artfully transformed through a sophisticated AI face-swap, followed by artist refinement to enhance its elegance. Interestingly, about 1 in 12 portraits are discarded due to a less-than-perfect face rendering, ensuring only the best make it to canvas.

Why is this wedding portrait unlike any other?

Unlike a basic print, this is tailored specifically to your story. It's a one-of-one creation, crafted with care and periodically updated themes to maintain exclusivity—each piece is truly unique to your love.
