I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture Her Essence in Watercolor Elegance

Immerse in the dreamlike world of watercolor, where soft hues and free-flowing lines capture her essence. Each portrait is a tapestry of her individuality, adorned with personalized elements like a cherished necklace or her classic pose, curated just for her.

This isn't merely a portrait; it's a statement piece that reflectively mirrors her grace and whimsy. Ideal for those who cherish art that speaks volumes about personality.

TL;DR: A custom watercolor portrait designed for the woman who values art and individuality. Transform her photo into a delicate watercolor canvas, perfect for birthdays or anniversaries.

Who Gleams in a Watercolor Canvas?

This portrait delights women who adore a touch of whimsy and elegance in art. It's perfect for the woman celebrating her individuality, be it a birthday, anniversary, or just because. However, if she's more into modern, abstract art styles, this might not hit the mark.

Crafting Whimsical Watercolor Masterpieces

We start by transforming a single photo into a digital watercolor painting through our sophisticated AI. Then, our artists meticulously enhance every detail, ensuring it captures her essence. Did you know? About 1 in 12 generations don't meet our standards and are redone to guarantee perfection.

Why Choose a Watercolor Portrait Over Generic Canvas?

Unlike generic prints, each of our watercolor portraits is crafted specifically for the individual, capturing their unique essence and style. Once a theme retires, we don't reproduce it, ensuring exclusivity.
